Tipday was launched in 2014 as a social, skill-based betting platform. It aimed to help users make more informed decisions, track their tipping performance, and follow others — from friends to professional tipsters — without ever placing a real-money bet.
The app allowed users to compete in mini-leagues, view stats, and monitor tipster rankings, creating a more accessible and gamified way to engage with sports predictions.
Following the launch of the Tipday website, I was brought in to design an iOS companion app. My focus was on helping users place tips quickly, stay engaged with their stats, and keep up with the leaderboards — all in a format optimised for mobile use.
