In early 2017, Xedo.com partnered with JC Penney to offer tuxedo rentals directly to customers via their website. Customers could select try-on and rental outfits which were then delivered straight to their chosen address.
Deliveries arrived in sturdy cardboard boxes and included printed inserts containing important information about the try-on or rental process. Rather than simply rebranding the existing Xedo inserts with JC Penney’s branding, we saw an opportunity to enhance the customer experience by redesigning the inserts with clearer messaging and a fresh, modern look.
